Claudine Gauvin is the friendly face you’ll meet at the front desk of The Valley Dentists, where she’s been the Front Desk Coordinator since 2002, the year she began her journey in the dental field. Claudine expertly juggles a myriad of responsibilities with grace, from greeting and checking in patients to handling insurance verifications and treatment planning.
For Claudine, the best part of her job is the opportunity to help people. She finds great satisfaction in ensuring that each patient receives the highest level of care, right from their first interaction at the reception. It’s her diligent work behind the scenes—whether it's scheduling appointments, managing the office schedule, or securing pre-approval requests—that contributes to the seamless delivery of top-notch dental services to the community.
Outside the office, Claudine is as passionate about life as she is about her role at The Valley Dentists. She cherishes time spent with family and friends and enjoys exploring the great outdoors. Whether it's hiking through local trails or simply enjoying a peaceful afternoon in her garden, Claudine embraces every moment with the same warmth and care she’s known for at work. Her personal life is a reflection of her professional one: full of kindness, commitment, and a love for helping others to smile both inside and out.
Emma
Dental Hygienist
Emma has a passion for providing top-notch preventive and therapeutic patient care. She earned her Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2015 and joined The Valley Dentist the same year, where she has become an integral part of the team.
Emma is not only skilled in the technical aspects of dental hygiene but also excels in building meaningful connections with her patients. She firmly believes in fostering a caring and supportive environment, understanding that each patient's journey to optimal oral health is unique.
Emma is an avid reader and enjoys practicing yoga in her free time. Her greatest source of happiness, however, is spending quality time with her family, which includes her two children. As a mother and a dental hygienist, Emma is dedicated to creating a healthy and happy environment for her family and her patients alike.
Rosali
Registered Dental Hygienist
Rosali is a dedicated and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist committed to building strong rapport and trust with her patients. Since joining The Valley Dentist in 2021, she has made significant contributions to the practice, prioritizing patient needs and ensuring a patient-centered environment.
Known for her warm and welcoming demeanor, Rosali goes beyond the clinical aspects of dental hygiene. She takes the time to truly get to know her patients, creating a comfortable and safe space where individuals feel valued and understood. Her mantra of "progress not perfection" reflects her commitment to encouraging and uplifting patients on their oral health journey. Rosali is passionate about educating her patients on preventative measures and the vital links between oral and systemic health.
Recently engaged and eagerly anticipating her upcoming wedding, Rosali finds joy in hiking and spending time in nature, singing, playing guitar, and piano. She also enjoys activities like snowboarding and shooting hoops. Above all, she cherishes quality time spent with family and friends.
